Her Story
Hello, Beautiful. I am Cynthia Chinoso (God is near) Eno (Gift) Nwarache, a sister, a daughter, a friend, a self-care minister, somatic practitioner, and guide for women whose bodies have learned to carry too much.
My work centers Black women and warmly welcomes all women in caregiving, helping, and service-based roles. I support women in softening their nervous systems, restoring their posture, and returning home to their bodies with gentleness, dignity, and care.
I believe posture tells the truth of our lived experience.
Years of service, survival, caregiving, trauma, and responsibility often show up as rounded shoulders, guarded hearts, tight hips, and bowed spines. My work gently helps the body release what it has been holding so posture can rise again, not through force or correction, but through safety, breath, warmth, and trust.
The Crowned Spine Method™ was born from this belief as well as from my own self-preservation practice. Rooted in Isaiah 62:3 “You shall be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord”, this work blends somatic bodywork, breath practices, restorative stretches, warm herbal compress therapy, trauma-informed touch, and spiritual grounding to support alignment from the inside out. As the spine lengthens and the body softens, women often experience not just physical relief, but a deep remembering of who they are and whose they are.
This work is not about “fixing” the body.
It is about restoring dignity, identity, and ease.
It is about helping bowed spines rise gently, safely, and in their own time.
When I am not facilitating sessions, I am eating good, engaged in belly laughter, in nature appreciating God’s creations, communing with good folks, and tending to my own posture, breath, and softness so I can show up fully for the women I serve.
